    What are your check-in and check-out times?
    Normal Check In time starts at 14:00pm, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later Check Ins (if arranged in advance). Room keys will be handed to guests upon arrival.

    Check-Out is at 10:00am

    What happens if I arrive late at night?
    Our standard latest check-in time is 9:00 PM, but we're happy to accommodate later arrivals by prior arrangements.

    Do you allow pets?
    Unfortunately, we don’t currently allow pets unless pre-arranged under special circumstances.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Deposits and payments are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reserved arrival date. All reservations and cancellations to be in writing, i.e. email. A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival. A 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur less than 14 days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds for early departures, for breakdowns of appliances, etc., if said breakdown is due to weather and / or other conditions, which the house owner has no control over.

    Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
